The Weather Ready Farms program is looking for an undergraduate and/or graduate student(s) to work as a graphic design intern who will collaborate with the program team to develop a brand identity and marketing materials for the program.

Program Description:
The University of Nebraska Extension’s Weather Ready Farms program is a two-year agricultural education program which teaches farmers how to adapt their farms to extreme weather events, disaster, and the effects of climate change. Farmers that participate in the Weather Ready Farms program will work to increase their overall farm resilience and gain the technologies and resources they need to improve their farm sustainability, natural resource management, and mitigate climate impacts of their farms.

The graphic design intern will create a Weather Ready Farms logo, participant recruitment materials, t-shirts, jackets, hats, beanies, and the Weather Ready Farms designation farm signs that participants earn at the end of the program, and other relevant marketing and branding materials for the program.
