The laboratory of Dr. Jiujiu Yu in Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences at the University of Nebraska Lincoln is recruiting one undergraduate student and one part-time research technician to work on a research project that focuses on anti-inflammatory functions of dietary molecules. The research will involve cell culture, mouse models, and many state-of-the-art molecular and biochemical techniques. Previous laboratory research experience is preferred but not required. |
